The main partners of the program are:

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan; IDEA Public Union; European Association of Zoos and Aquariums (EAZA)/EEP for European Bison.
WWF (Germany)); Tierpark-Berlin
All animals were donated by zoos which are member of the EAZA/EEP The Zoos also provide logistical and technical services/support.

The reintroduction program is implemented by WWF Caucasus Programme Office and WWF- Germany.
